In this tournament, we earned twice the team points of MMS players. So now, we’re battling Lawton MMS for 2nd in SSBU Team standings! Plus, Lawton’s taking over the state bracket!
On Saturday November 12, we won 12 out of our 13 matches! We played Halo, Fortnite, RocketLeague, and MarioKart. Both Halo team 1 and 2, Fortnite Team 1, and RocketLeague Team 2 reign UNDEFEATED. Our MarioKart girls stay 1st and 2nd on race points for every played match. In total, we only have 2 losses out of our 39 matches for the whole season!

We will start Overwatch 2 tryouts in December, with the season running weekly after school from January through April. We plan to have two teams (12 total players) for 5v5 matches with our Oklahoma Scholastic eSports (okSe). For each team, we will be casting the main roles: one tank, two damage, and two support.
Here's the GoogleForm link to see interest in Overwatch, plus what roles they play: https://forms.gle/xJw7puHiZpdHiwo1A

Her basketball and softball coaches both say that Mya has a great attitude, high energy, and that she is an excellent student!
Way to represent CMS both on and off the court and field, Mya!

Our FCA students went on a field trip last Wednesday. They had a blast at Fields of Faith!

Make plans to support CMS by purchasing ypur lunch, dinner, or snack from Firo on November 9th!
We appreciate your support!

*Also, for Friday's costume day please note that costumes must be in CMS dress code, no props, masks, or blow-up costumes.*

On Saturday morning (9/17), LPS Central eSports Gaming hosted 15 players for Rocket League, Fortnite, and Halo! We won 10 out of our 12 video game matches!
CMS RocketLeague varsity had a good rotation, scored ceiling shots, and shut out two city's teams with our 7-0 and 9-0 matches! Our eSports kids had so much fun making new friends, enjoying breakfast and pizza together. Yet, during one match, Watoga's Fortnite team was down a player! CMS offered to play 3v3 to be fair, but Watoga's 3 team had just shut out another city's Fortnite team 4-0.. so they were feeling pretty ready to take out CMS, yet Watoga feel short in the last match when CMS took the 3-2 win!
CMS won ALL of their Halo matches: Harmony (CTF 2-1; Slayer 50-15), Weatherford (CTF 3-0; Slayer 50-42), Indiahoma (CTF 1-0; Slayer 50-21), Davis (FF). The CMS Team 1 vs Weatherford Halo:Slayer match was VERY close for the whole time, back and forth with tags, until the end: just don't die, be careful, safe creeping. Great communication also came through with "Halo: Capture the Flag" for CMS Team 2 vs Indiahoma. Both dueling teams kept the flag's away from the base, so no scores for a long time. CMS team members kept talking about placement, location, and strategies to take a full sweep for the day!
It's a great day to be a Central eSports Cougar! 🐆 🎮
